How early may I check-in?

Check-in time is 4 pm daily; early check-ins are provided based upon availability. Please notify us in advance if you would like early check in and we will do our best to try to accommodate you. Please remember that late check outs and early check ins are entirely dependent on what is available the night before and or what must be available the day of.

How late may I check-out?

Our check out time is 11 am; for those requesting a late check-out please request it in advance and we will try to accommodate. Please remember our guests check in at 4 pm and the room must be cleaned and late check out is not always available.

What about parking?

Free parking is available in the lot directly behind the building with 24-hour camera surveillance provided. There is also a covered parking ramp directly across the street from the front doors of the hotel that is paid parking daily. If you are traveling with a trailer, and parking is limited in the hotel’s rear lot, please let us know and we will try to find you accommodations on a nearby lot if we are unable to accommodate you.

Is breakfast offered and what type of breakfast is provided?

Breakfast is provided Monday thru Saturday 7 am – 10:30 am. An amazing breakfast selection is offered for you to order at Woodbury’s restaurant (see our menu here.)

On Sundays, a brunch buffet is offered from 9 am-1 pm.  Our Marriott Elite Platinum and above guests receive free breakfast with a voucher which is provided upon check-in.

Is room service offered?

Not currently but will be in the very near future.

Do you provide shuttle service?

We do not have an airport shuttle at this time, but we can refer you to a provider should you require one.

Is laundry service available?

Dry cleaning and laundry service is offered. We do not have public laundry machines. There is a local laundromat we can refer you to- should you require.

What are the pool, hot tub, and sauna hours?

Pool, hot tub, and sauna are open 7 am-11 pm daily.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes, we have a full-service state of the art fitness center! it is open 24 hours a day with water in the fridge or filtered water right outside to suite your need.

Does the hotel provide ironing boards?

Yes, they are per request with the front desk, and all rooms are equipped with steamers.

May I charge purchases from the gift shop to my room?

Yes, all purchases from the gift shop can be paid with gift card, credit card or charged to your room.

Why is there an additional charge on my credit card?

Most if not all hotels have an incidental charge for your room stay. This will show up on your card but typically goes away within 5-7 days. If it does not go away by the 10th day, please contact us and we can assist you in getting your card holder to release the hold.
